By Manny Otiko | IVN The City of San Bernardino has turned to an old face to lead the city's administration. Charles McNeely was recently rehired as city manager. The decision was made by new Mayor Helen Tran and the city council at the last board meeting. McNeely will be hired in an interim position. He previously served as city manager from 2009-2012. Tran said she welcomed McNeely's experience and familiarity with the city. 'Charles knows our community. He understands our city. He cares about San Bernardino and its success.
